At Underline Fashion Store, we take pride in crafting premium intimate apparel that makes you look and feel your best. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail as our shapewear and hosiery collections.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties unless they are defective or incorrect items received. All other intimate apparel (shapewear, hosiery, underwear) may be returned following our standard policy.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)
- PayPal refunds may take additional 1-2 days to appear in your account
