All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (AUD $12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over AUD $50 via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging and proof of purchase required
Important Hygiene Note:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties unless they are defective or incorrect items received. All other intimate apparel (shapewear, hosiery, underwear) may be returned following our standard policy.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship Your Return: Send to our return address using a trackable shipping method
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)
- PayPal refunds may take an additional 1-2 days to appear in your account
